How much will it cost to ship my puzzles?

All shipping is free.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are filled within 24 hours and sent out the same day or next business day. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 business days - depending on how far your package needs to travel.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For orders from private individuals: Orders are taken off of our Products page. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe.

For public and private schools using purchase orders: Go to our School Purchase Orders page. Instructions on how to submit a purchase order via email or mail are given. Once we receive your submission, we will promptly put your order together and ship it out to you. Your payment is due 30 days from from date we receive your order (Net 30).

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. If within 30 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied with any of our puzzles, you can return them to the address below with a copy of your invoice for a full refund. If you wish for us to provide you with a return label, Email us at john@fit2playmusic.com and we’ll get one to you.
